The subject matter the installation explores has been expanded to take on additional themes such as  the dialogue between the analogue and digital world, time and duration, the relation of the fragment  to the whole, the infiltration of our spaces by external voices and the “connectedness” which can bring a bewildering mix of intimacy and estrangement. The installation is designed in part to highlight the  ambiguities of the ‘wired’ world. 

The sound is based on five scales relating to the time of day created by composer and arranger  Georgina Brett. 

Artist Bio:  Allan Parker is a seasoned photographer and educator with senior positions at prestigious universities and an artist residency in Belgrade. He teaches at various art schools and produces films, artworks, and exhibitions. He has self-published and commercially published books under the "PURE LAND" name, holds a Fine Art degree from the University of Reading and a PG Dip from Central Saint Martins College of Art, London.
